Unborn Syrian Baby Survived after it was Hit by a Shrapnel into its Head!

During an air raid in Syria, a pregnant mom was struck by a SHRAPNEL of a rocket in her womb, causing her to deliver the baby in a cesarean method. The baby was critically wounded inside of the womb due to the shrapnel that pierced itself into the unborn baby's head. Luckily, the baby survived.
