Should we bring back DEATH PENALTY in the Philippines?

These days there are a lot of crimes and other gruesome incidents that took place in our country.
From simple fight up to mass killings, from theft to heist, drug users and drug pushers, name it and our country surely has it. These raises the question; Should we bring back the Death Penalty in our country? We want to know your opinion.
